These rules govern the payment and delivery procedure in the online shop <strong>onlove.lt<\/strong>.<br\/>1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he\/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment procedure<\/strong><br\/>2.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods in advance by selecting one of the following payment methods:<br\/> a) <strong>Paysera<\/strong> payment system;<br\/> b) <strong>Stripe<\/strong> payment system (bank card payment option).<br\/>2.2. The execution of the order starts only after successful confirmation of payment.<br\/>2.3. Unpaid orders are considered void and are not enforceable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery terms<\/strong><br\/>3.1. Goods are delivered only within the territory of Lithuania.<br\/>3.2. The Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:<br\/> a) <strong>Omniva post offices<\/strong>;<br\/> b) <strong>DPD courier service<\/strong>;<br\/> c) <strong>Venipak courier service<\/strong>;<br\/> d) <strong>LP Express post offices<\/strong>.<br\/>3.3. Delivery time &#8211; 1 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.<br\/>3.4. The exact delivery price and timeframe are specified at the time of ordering, depending on the delivery method chosen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery information<\/strong><br\/>4.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate delivery details.<br\/>4.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery of shipments if this is due to incorrectly provided Buyer data.<br\/>4.3. If the parcel is returned due to the buyer&#8217;s fault (wrong address, no collection, etc.), the re-shipment is at the buyer&#8217;s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Support and contacts<\/strong><br\/>5.1.
