- General provisions
1.1. These rules govern the payment and delivery procedure in the online shop onlove.lt.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Rules.
- Payment procedure
2.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods in advance by selecting one of the following payment methods:
a) Paysera payment system;
b) Stripe payment system (bank card payment option).
2.2. The execution of the order starts only after successful confirmation of payment.
2.3. Unpaid orders are considered void and are not enforceable.
- Delivery terms
3.1. Goods are delivered only within the territory of Lithuania.
3.2. The Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:
a) Omniva post offices;
b) DPD courier service;
c) Venipak courier service;
d) LP Express post offices.
3.3. Delivery time – 1 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
3.4. The exact delivery price and timeframe are specified at the time of ordering, depending on the delivery method chosen.
- Delivery information
4.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate delivery details.
4.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery of shipments if this is due to incorrectly provided Buyer data.
4.3. If the parcel is returned due to the buyer’s fault (wrong address, no collection, etc.), the re-shipment is at the buyer’s expense.
